Gender Ideology

Whenever I hear someone say they don’t want their children exposed to “gender ideology” in school, a very specific scenario plays out in my head.

Some poor sap of a child, when students are talking about their families, mentions their uncle and his husband. The teacher raises a hand, saying, “Whoa, we don’t talk about that LGBT stuff here.” At recess, the other kids crowd around their new victim, asking, “Is your uncle a groomer? Are you a faggot now, too?” and so on.

The child would not be helped by the administration because one child being humiliated is a small price to pay to teach all the children that, not only is it dangerous to be LGBT, it is just as dangerous to have an LGBT family member. If you have a family member who looks like they might turn out gay, that family member should be shamed as hard as possible, for the protection of the family, and shunned if the shaming does not work.

Any teacher who tries to help the bullied child will become suspect. Is that teacher a groomer too? The child becomes a sacrifice, used to keep the others—students, teachers, family members—in line, and those others will pass on the cruelty to protect themselves and their families.
